Process of refund (All refunds will be made within 30 calendar days if applicable and or if qualify)
Pest Notch & Control Solutions LLC. will allow our technicians to conduct service whenever there is a safe environment for our employees, changes can be made without any notification.
Service agreements will be follow as intended, if necessary, a new service agreement will be provided to apply any changes within 30-day calendar.
Total Service Payment — All pest control services, including programs delivered in multiple phases, multiple applications, or on different days, are billed as one complete service package. The full service amount must be paid before or at the completion of the initial service visit, regardless of how many follow‑up applications or phases remain. All subsequent visits are included as part of the prepaid service package and will be scheduled accordingly. Payment will be processed using the credit card on file, Check or Cash.
Continuous Billing Authorization — All ongoing pest control services require a major credit card to be kept on file. This card will be charged after each scheduled service is completed, and must remain active to avoid delays or interruptions in service.
Cancelations requested in a specific day: balance will be made the same day or within 30 days from the day requested.
Non-Refundable Deposits to book a selected day and or hour(s) for services will not be subject to be refunded.
